GMO corn is in everything, basically
in almost all processed foods, a cheap filler. It is the largest ingredient in
most gluten-free foods, & then claiming it is good for us? We have to read
the label on everything such as baking powder, yogurt (mixed with corn starch)
Additives such as MSG, mono & diglycerides,
dextrin & multi-dextrin that is in powdered stevia; extracts, if they aren’t
organic & the long names on labels, is made from corn. Soda, if not all,
most of it has corn in it. If corn is so good for us, why are they twisting the
name & calling it other things so we, the consumers, don’t know we are
buying moldy corn products? We do have easy corn alternatives that are simple
to use. I teach folks about this everyday in my consults.
